I thought that when he removed the tiles there would have been a tool with vacuum attached to give minimal dust . the house looked as though i had left the doors and windows open during a sandstorm. the kitchen. living and dining areas were covered it gritty dust I had to get my cleaner to come in. the shower floor looks like a poor DIY job. Ryan disregarded my request to remove is boots before going into the carpeted bedroom from the gritty dust covered in the living area. i asked him to use the laundry sink to clean his equipment but found him using the sink in the en suite and used half of one of my toilet rolls to clean his equipment. worst experience i have ever had with a contractor. i cand

Farr too dusty. Should have been warned to cover items in the bathroom. Everything was left with a layer of powered grout(?). Even the handles in the shower had layers of deposit on it, as did the shower glass. It will take hours of cleaning to get it all clean again. The job itself was well done but became more expensive. Overall too expensive for the work at about $300 per hour incl materials.

I have not had a good experience. I provided photos of the problem spots (grease, mould etc) on the sandstone pavers but when I checked the work (I was not on site when it was cleaned) the stains are all there. I asked for a full clean not a gurney wash. I'd like it redone. This is a much lower quality outcome than when I have previously used you. My number is 0439335020 and I'd like someone to call me. I emailed you with the photos showing the stains were not gone and have not received a reply. And yet, you sent me so many emails and duplicate emails in the lead up to the job it was overkill. Was sent multiple written confirmation emails of the job being booked showing the unit number and street address and advising 12-4pm time period. I was advised by text that your technician was on site before 9am but had no prior warning and then advised that he did not have the unit number - but you had used the unit number in your confirmation email to me so you guys had it. It's really not my problem if your system/data entry did not have that pulling through to his work order. Really not a good experience, I do want the stains cleaned properly. Such a shame as my previous interactions with your company have been excellent.

Made a booking and paid the deposit, but when the technician arrived he was surprised to see furniture! Every house has furniture...it's how we live in modern society! He said because of the chemicals used it would probably burn my cabinets so suggested I hire someone to come in and move all my furniture!! How ridiculous would that be for just a few hours, plus the extra expense to me. At no stage was I ever told for the place to be empty as I certainly would not have booked this job. I requested a full refund of my deposit which was given to me but I feel the lack of information was unbelievable. I would definitely NOT recommend this company.

Ryan was respectful, and explained most of the issues. The tiles do look great.
Waiting an hour before being able to look at the result meant I missed where the dirty water soaked about 5 inches into the bedroom carpet at the door. I have had to arrange for the carpet to be cleaned and hope the damage can be made good.
I was disappointed the first 3 appointments were cancelled and only 1 was because of Covid lockdown. The messaging from the office was disappointing as on two occasions I had to phone asking why the staff was not at the house as I had not been notified.
The cost was 1/3 more than the quote and although I paid while Ryan was at the house, I received a text 3 1/2 hours later saying I had not paid.
The communication from the office could certainly be improved.

Firstly, Ryan was unable to bring either of the machines up one flight of stairs following the assumption that there would be a lift.
Tiles and grout in places were left as dirty as when you arrived. The quality of the manual clean was less then average. I have photos after your clean and then after cleaning myself on the weekend and I was able to do a better job manually. The service by your company is incredibly disappointing. I have photos of pre and post clean and would appreciate if a member of your team could call me.

I had two bookings as the first one was rescheduled due to your company having other priorities. Major inconvenience. I was given a 10% discount due to your rescheduling, however technician was not aware of this on his arrival and argued that this was not correct. He called your office to clarify.
The first booking was cancelled on the day of the job which caused a lot of disruption to our day..I had taken the day off from work for this. Next booking was made a week later where I had to take another day off.
Ryan was very insistent that I pay on the day for works completed with a credit card. I advised that this was not possible but happy to bank transfer payment. I had to show him the text I received advising that I could pay that way as he did not know.
Constantly bombarded with texts advising of arrival times etc of technician which was not correct and very confusing. I even received an email advising of a wrong date. It seems that the texts/computer generated messages don’t match the arrival times at all. Suggestion...not to send any as the customer does not know which message is correct.
My bathroom was left very dirty with white grout dust everywhere. I understand it is a messy job but care should have been taken to cover surfaces with plastic as the dust got inside drawers and inside my wardrobe all over my clothes. If doors could be sealed and vanities, toilets in the room should be covered.
Can I suggest the technician bring a vacuum and mop to clean more thoroughly.
Ryan’s difficulty understanding requests was an issue.
