The works were requested at very short notice and we were accommodated and kept updated of process.
Contractor [ Chris] was very professional and completed the works as scheduled, coming back on 2nd day an hour earlier to help us achieve handover

Spent 10 hours on Sunday to clean our tiles and job was not up to scratch. Left marks on the tiles that won’t come out, suppose to have truck mounted equipment and high pressure equipment with hot water. Didn’t exist. Came with gear that a cleaner would use to clean a house. Not real happy with the job.

Did not get rid of all the grime in the grout of main tile area - Bathrooms were ok . Overall very average finish was hoping for better

most tile Grout was cleaned and come up well and some grout especially near door entrance looks filthy. the sealant put over is terrible and that's being nice. it attracted dirt and looks filthy and grotty, we have scrubbed most the tile protection off, we just have to do under the table and other small areas. The Technician was polite, worked hard, However we are not happy with the sealant and some tile grout looking bad. wasn't worth the cost.

Chris was pleasant and professional. We thought the floor tiles had black grouting and we were shocked after Chris had cleaned the tiles to see the grout is actually cream - the results are amazing! John and Julie
