Daniel was lovely but did not have the skills to clean our limestone bathroom. He tried to remove a surfacing that had been put on one area with steel wool and a chemical. After saying he could not remove any more he coated it with a sealant which was supposed to bond with the surface already there and leave it smooth and slightly gloss. Instead it pitted and left runs and an orange peel appearance. The wrong sealant was also used in a previously uncoated area and left what looked like brush marks and smears (it did not penetrate into the stone). Portions of the floor were left sticky, and there is a white film under the toilet and beside the bath where chemicals were left and soaked in. It will be expensive to repair the damage done, and we are very very dissatisfied that we did not service advertised - a clean and penetrating sealer that would not be visible.
The response from your complaints team was also totally unacceptable. We asked for an experienced technician to come and assess the damage - instead Daniel came again. He told us it would all need rehoning. We were then quoted $3500 to repair the damage done by your contractor! Under Australian Consumermer Law if a service provide causes damage they should rectify it at no cost.
At this stage we have requested a chargeback from our credit company as the service was not as advertised, and caused damage. Given the photographs sent to you earlier with the complaint (there is a problem with your website and it will not attach photos to this), and the opportunity given to you to send an experienced limestone technician (which you did not take up), we believe you will not question this.

Daniel was really that terrific on all the scores above. I asked a lot of Q's & he was very patient & knowledgable. He told how he was going to apply & what was involved, especially drying times b/w cleaning & application. He also suggested best ph neutral cleaner to use.

The technician was amazing I was very happy with his service. I was not happy with the company I had a booking for Thursday which they cancel 1 hour prior I took the day off from work plus I have moved all my furniture. They finally show up on Saturday.

The company needs to return calls. they request you ring a mobile number which never answers- this is frustrating and makes one think it must be robots. Confirmation of appointment does not need to be sent two or three times: the same applies to quotes.

Such a fantastic experience. I nearly forgot that there was a date mix up initially. It didn’t matter, because there were apologies, there was ample communication to let me know when the technician would arrive, and once he did, we were so reassured because we knew we were in good hands. Daniel was fantastic. He knew what he was doing, he was reassuring, but also personable and warm. Our toddler was around and he was friendly and kind to everyone. He also worked really hard and went the extra length to make sure he did an amazing, rather than just a good job. Our place feels renewed now, such a relief. The whole experience was truly great. One of the best services experiences I’ve had. Couldn’t recommend it and Daniel higher.

we found Daniel to be courteous, and worked very hard to remove all my greasy spots on my kitchen floor tiles which he did very successfully. My floor tiles in my bathroom are like new again. The grouting is back to the original white!!

Overall, a good experience. However, I did have to clean the feet covers of our pool fence legs where sealant had also been inadvertently applied.
