Really recommend Jason's professionalism and fantastic work.
What was done was great but a strip of sealant was not replaced from the 2 glass panels.... unfortunately the mould remains bottom half of the join..

Did an awkward job well.
It is a month since I had regrouting done for pool surrounds and patio terracotta tiles. I have been reluctant to submit this review but I am still impacted by the work done by Jason. The removal of old grouting was not done by special drill as you advertise but by an angle grinder. The result is that some of our tiling has been damaged with new grouting not in clean lines but showing where chips have been filled with the new grout.
After Jason was finished the job I was left with grout areas on my lawn which needed to be dug out and was not a thin layer. So I have several holes in the lawn.
On the second and last day Jason left me to clean tiling around the pool as they were running out of daylight. I have had several attempts to clean the tiles of the grey grout residue but there are still very obvious areas.
As far as the grouting itself is concerned the finish is not smooth and it annoys me every time I walk in the area.
Jason assured me that he was a registered tiler but I doubt it.
I am sorry to have to complain but his work means that I would not be able to recommend your company to friends and I certainly would not let him do work for me again.

To the manager of Tile and Grout Pro,
I enlisted your services on March 29th for Grout repair to my large, 4 bedroom 2 bathroom house in Geelong.
When I initially contacted your company for a quote, I explained I had no way of knowing the exact size per square metre as I don’t have this knowledge, but I stressed this was a very large house and had large areas requiring re grouting.
Your subcontractor tiler turned up and immediately told me the job could not be completed as the house was double the size that was quoted to him, and it was at least a 2 person/2 day job.
Both your tiler, and myself, attempted to contact your company multiple times and got absolutely nowhere. Your tiler understandably left apologetically as there was no way he would have been able to complete this job in one day on his own.
I then contacted your company (multiple) times at 10am the same morning to voice my dissatisfaction and request the refund of my $150.00 deposit. A representative of your company then told me they would find a team of tilers to come that day to do the job, and he stressed he would call me back in ten minutes with an update.
I am now emailing you at 12:45pm saying I have heard absolutely nothing from anyone regarding this job, I have tried to call over 5 times unsuccessfully with no response and I am extremely disappointed, frustrated and require my refund back immediately for services not delivered.
I would like to stress the inconvenience your company have caused me. Firstly, I took the day off work for this job to be completed.
Secondly, I am 31 weeks pregnant and had to move ALL of the furniture off my tiled floors in preparation for this re grouting and now I have had nothing done, and now have to move everything back until I can find a worthwhile company to complete this job.
I am beyond disappointed, and require your immediate response to confirm you are refunding my $150.00 deposit, if you fail to do this I will contact my solicitors.

I asked for two and a half walls to be quoted for and when the tradie arrived he said that only two walls were quoted for. Disappointed as I then had to pay more than I had budgeted for.
