Frank was very good with his customer service, letting me know when he was arriving and working hard to produce a very good result. Unfortunately, out tiles to be replaced were very solidly attached to the slab and took a lot of effort to remove - but Frank kept on going until he got the tiles up and replaced them with our replacement tiles. It is a messy business, but Frank did a good clean up and was very customer focussed.
Excellent work; takes great pride in his work and doing a quality job for his client.
Frank was great. He assessed the situation, recommended the treatment he thought most suitable for the outcome I was after, communicated with all of the required parties and got on with it.

Frank explained what caused the problem with the grouting and how the new process would fix the problem.
Frank was very helpful and done a great job. The shower recess would have looked better if the grout had straight lines , however this was no fault of Frank’s , unfortunately this was due to the tiles having a bevelled edge. I am happy to see the newly grouted edges look clean and white again.

Frank did a good job, came on time, completed on time, attention to detail, cleaned up, listened to what was needed, overall very satisfied, price a little on the higher side, but overall, no complaints, good job and definitely recommend Frank.
Did a good job replacing some cracked tiles on our kitchen floor. Very happy with the work.
Communication regarding change of arrival time was poor. I had to ring to find out that appointment had changed from morning to afternoon. I understand there was a problem with a previous job however there needs to be better communication. Apart from that very pleased with the work carried out.
Frank was fantastic! However the time of booking went from 9am changing to 12pm the day before to several phone calls and finally showing up just after 4pm. NOT HAPPY!!!
I asked the lady whi rang the day before the booking to change time if I could pay by bank cheque and was told yes only to find out that you can't. Again NOT HAPPY.
