Bernard is polite, on time and did a great job regrouting. Booked the job to fix the shower tiles but he fixed the wall areas as well. Highly recommended and will definitely get him back to do tiling and similar projects in the future.

Had to have a second clean and seal which was a nuisance and time consuming for us both and front steps still with the first seal....not happy about that. Time got away with Joe.
Thought there could have been a more professional approach but hooray for Bernard who did the regrouting, recementing and was very obliging and did a very good job.
Ok, but too much quick money grabbing and not always excellent service and customer relations.
