A very good outcome was achieved

Muflick was friendly and although they were 30 minutes late, they called up and said thy will be late. However, when I called I said we had some grouts that needed filling and the person over the phone explained they can do that on the day, but when Muflick was here, he said it wasn't in the notes so he wasn't able to do it. After 45 minutes, my shower looked exactly like what it did before, they said they were unable to do any better, they should've told me this in advance and I wouldn't have gone ahead. The boys also left a mess in the bathroom - would be great if they had cleaned all the water that was all over the floor and not left things behind as well. Overall very disappointed with the results.

The boys did a fantastic job cleaning my tiles they look brand new. The only thing I found a few hours after they left in some areas the tiles had a dirty film over them like the dirt hadn't been mopped off properly. Other than that (which is an easy fix) we are really happy and will recommend an we will also use again Thanks Karen

After all the communication I had with your company about the shoddy job carried out by Muflic, I am amazed you ask for a rating. The cleaning job was not satisfactory. The wrong cleaning equipment was used. I did not want to pay for a job that was unsatisfactory. Oil was also spilled into our rubbish bin. (This was denied) I had to employ another company to finish the job. Muflic rang me twice for payment, becoming rather aggressive when I refused payment. A Peter rang me demanding payment. When I refused he said "See you in court" With the cost and inconvenience of a court appearance in mind, I grudgingly paid the bill. My experience with your company was an absolute nightmare. How you will survive in business behaving this way is the question I ask. Other cleaning jobs in our group of units were missed out on because of my experience with your company. I appreciate there was a problem with machinery and we rescheduled with 30 min notice! I was surprised that your service didn’t lift or move anything even though we had everything of the floor a 3 seater couch could have been moved? I would recommend in future that your team mop the floor to an almost dry finish rather than a hazardous wet floor (Really surprised and mentioned that point)! Overall definitely not what I expected! Really surprised? The upside is there is incredible room for improvement..... Offered without prejudice!
