What fell down was the communication from the main office, particularly explaining the quote. I was worried they wouldn’t be able to quote accurately with only my photos which turned to be the case. The job did not cost much more but it took 16 hrs over 2 days to complete when the office had estimated 6 hrs. The office doesn’t answer phone calls all of the time, you deal with different people and they seem to be full of excuses (eg: our quoting system is very limited so we describe bathrooms as non wet areasjQuery21106563593031081869_1608769113150). It made me very hesitant to use them. I think they need to do a lot to improve this as the technician was great!

Michael is a good guy, got here on time, got the job done, recommended grout instead of silicone, due to size of gaps (happy with that). Only issue I had afterwards was that he used brown grout for all the work, when the base of the white tiling originally had white silicone. I think the showers looked better with white along that bottom edge, not brown. I haven't decided to call PTS to rectify, as overall Michael did a good job.

He has replaced 4 tiles the wrong way around. He has not followed the original tile pattern and I would really like to know what you are going to do about it !

Michael arrived on time, he was friendly and explained that the shower re-grout work created dust so it is best to cover or remove items from the bathroom. He is a hard worker, in the 7 hours he was here he only stopped a couple of times for a break to have a drink and get some fresh air. When he finished he cleaned up as much as possible and explained to me what he had done. Great work, the shower looks fantastic.

The tiles look great but there were a lot of other issues. I was told the ETA was 7.30 and he got here at 9. He didn't finish until 7pm which is fine but would have been great to know. There was dust everywhere including in the cupboard draws, in the bedroom and on the carpet. After he had left I found silicon on the mirror and what looks to be dried silicon on the shower screen. Some of the tiles have also been scratched by the drill. It took us over two hours to clean everything. We were not happy.

He was very nice man, left a lot of dust mind, cleaned up in the bathroom mind. Left me a oil and petrol stain on driveway, needs to fix his car. I paid him on the day but no receipt.

Michael did an amazing job. The tiles in the unit I just moved into were laid in the 1960s, the grout was dark and like concrete and everything looked dull and dirty even after professional cleaners had worked on it. Michael went above and beyond in the work he did, digging out the old grout (an enormous job) and putting in new grout. They are obviously still 1960s tiles, but now they look so clean white and bright, creating a fresh and cheerful atmosphere. Michael worked extremely hard, was polite and thoughtful, cleaned up after his work and stayed very late to get the work done for me. If you have an employee reward system in your company, Michael should be the recipient of the year for his customer service, work ethic and quality of work.

Michael did a reasonably good job. Left some grout on the shower screen and in the corners on top of the silicone.
What has disappointed me most is the lack of communication between the office and Michael regarding the special offer for re-grout and silicone re-seal on the website, and because of that I did not get the silicone re-sealing of the shower screen and when I asked about it and showed him the website he said he had already done enough for the price I was paying.

While the overall job was ok, was disappointed with the gouge in walls, cuts in the vanity units kick board and deep scratch in one of the new shower taps. Also some tiles had grinder marks where the tiler overrun the grout groves.

Our refurbished slate looks like new now. Receiving positive compliments from family and visitors. My only concern was the safety for the tiler replacing damaged slate on the first visiting working with a cordless saw with no protective footware. Just in thongs. (flip flops). Cannot complain about the work quality though.

Even the review page is difficult to deal with. I did not click on any stars but as the cursor travelled over the page stars just switched on and cannot be removed. My experience was not only extremely disappointing but the work done has now damaged my tiles to the extent that they require replacement. My once beautiful tile job has been destroyed and the resultant regrouting is well below the standard of 'professional'. I am devastated and although I asked for the grouting to be completed, the company took the balance of the invoice from our credit card without responding to my emails and text messages. Be careful of giving credit card details for deposit, they will use it to take final payment, even if they haven't finished the job, without advising you that they are taking it.

Very happy with the communications leading up to my appointment. On the day Michael did a fantastic job. He was able to replace and re-level some problematic tiles and now the shower drains and everything is water-tight. Fantastic!
