This is the most exasperating company I have had the misfortune to deal with. I am now at the point where I just want a refund. I cannot waste anymore time with this matter. Please refund my deposit of $165.00 immediately. I have lodged a complaint with the Dept of Consumer Protection.

The grout sealer used did not seal the grout as we have just been to Bunnings and hired a machine to re cleaned and we have sealed it ourselves after months and paying over $1800!
We are taking them to court to recoup our loses

My hose link attachment broken and a large gouge on my bathroom door. I was not advised by technician but discovered this when they left

This whole experience has been a nightmare. Although the floor came up good the damage that was done was terrible. The paintwork on the walls was marked in several places and the skirting boards which are solid oak are completely ruined. They weren't protected against the cleaner or the sealant and so got filthy and wet through. They have now buckled and come away from the wall. Trying to get any repairs done by the tile company, Stonemaster, aka Tile and Grout Pro, is a nightmare. They say they are looking into it and then ignore you. I would advise anybody out there never to use this company.

These guys damaged my skirting boards and tipped their filthy waste water out the front of my driveway.. communication is great until you pay or have an issue. I emailed them and got a response they were looking into it, that was a week ago..
i wouldn't recommend this company.

The cost was double per square meter what the company charged who cleaned the ceramic tiles, so I thought it was quite expensive. However, the team were excellent in their work and communication with us.

We are waiting on confirmation to re do the job as the sealant is still showing on the tiles. There is also patches of white stuff as well. I will send more photos through. Would appreciate to have it fixed ASAP.

We had vinyl planks installed in our new home and I was disappointed with the flat finish of them. Someone suggested getting them sealed so I looked up on line for a professional company that would do this for us and I contacted Perth Tile Restoration. Right from the first call to the finish of the job I got great service! And the sealed floors look fabulous! Very happy.

These guys turned up five hours late, without giving any warning or communicating at all. Arrived after 5pm on a Sunday evening- not happy with this. The sealing that they did was completed in under 40 minutes with one worker pouring sealant straight from a can onto pavers and the other spreading the sealant out with a huge mop. This meant that the sealant wasn't evenly spread. In areas, the pavers were still rough and chalky, with dust/ grout coming off when I walked over them. They only applied one coat of sealant, which I would have thought was unacceptable. I ended up applying another two coats of sealer myself, to make up for the very poor job. I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work from your company and what I now realise was exorbitant costing.

I had my floors cleaned last week they were more messed up after and looked worse, after they cleaned they put a sealer that left marks when it dried, I will have to get them back to rectify and fix

We're on time and did a good job of cleaning tiles, however grout was not cleaned properly. It was cleaned well in some areas and not in others. When tiles were dry this was noticeable, this was disappointing.

I have been ringing and messaging you since my booking. I have not been answered at all. My booking was for a tiler and for grout cleaning in three bathrooms.
The technician was surprised when he entered and said he usually did just big floor areas and that he would only charge me the minimum. I did not understand this meant that his machine was unsuitable for the job. The floors were done well but the machine could not access the walls well and it was too big for the rooms and left black marks on several doors and walls which I then had to wash off. The floors were left so wet that I had to wipe them with a towel to avoid being left with water marks on the tiles. The tile guy never showed. I would not recommend your service and feel as you only did 1/3 of the work I should receive a refund for two thirds of the payment.

The majority of the slate floor is looking good. However, there is an area in the kitchen where the sealant has not taken and needs to be redone. It is concerning that we have not had a response to the complaints email we sent over 24 hours ago! Photos have been attached to the complaints email.
We cannot use the kitchen until this matter has been resolved. We urgently await your phone call to 0419 906 033 (Michael) or 0415 716 046 (Anne) to advise when the faulty work will be rectified.

Very Disappointed they turned up 2 hours late to start with. they said due to road works, but a call to me would have been nice.
i feel the floor was cleaned and not stripped back fully. They said they had issues with the sealer that was on the floor. If their products were not suitable for the job then they should have left it to get the proper equipment and strippers.
So the issues are there is still some dirt in the grout, the stains from us trying to clean it are now worse than before the job was done and other stains are now showing up and sealed in as well.

Terrible experience, warning! Tiles were found damaged and water was left pooled on floors overnight, our skirting boards are left swollen, cracked and damaged - after having contracted Tile and Grout Pro to ‘clean and seal floors’. We now need to repair tiles and replace skirting boards. We have had no response from Tile and Grout Pro following our complaint regarding damage. Following our complaint Tile and Grout Pro debited our credit card without authorization, without any communication regarding our complaint, without proper completion of the job, or resolution of the issue or rectification of damages. We are now having to contact the bank to revoke payment.

Now that we are back I've noticed that every doorway has the old dirty tile look under each door, due to the fact they were all shut. Surely you would of opened each door into each room and steam upto the seam??
It looks quite bad especially in the daylight and visitors are pointing it out to us. Also there is one tile that has not come clean and that sticks out too.'

After the cleaning process, the floors look very good, but there was still some dirty waste water left on the surface. This was not mopped up. When they sealed ...they, of course, sealed the dirt back onto the floor surface. So although the floors are cleaner they are stained which looks worse than before.
The guys were not aware of the services that I had booked. (They did not know that I required sealing, and we had a small argument about the fact) which isn't great customer service.
$350 quoted, but GST not included, so $385 was the actual cost, money not well spent.

Arrived late, service providers in a unmarked van and taxi
Took only 3 hours to complete a 50 metre square slate clean and seal
Arrived home 26 hours after job completed and large areas of solid white sealant in the grouting that did not fade to clear until a further 3 days later, areas where the sealant had created twisted clumps on the surface, area completely missed and because the sealant had not dried dirt got trapped in it once we had moved back in.
Front door has been scratched and brown marks on the wall. The final payment was taken from my credit card using the details provided for the deposit and charged $150 more than quoted without any consultation and have cancelled my credit card concerned more debits may occur without authority.
Customer service is a mobile number where you leave a message but no other way to get in touch and they do not get back to you.
Extremely disappointed after looking at the website and reviews was expecting a professional result.
After this experience I would never recommend this service to anyone it was an absolute waste of money the website site misleading and job not completed by professionals.

You will be receiving an email of the before/your company and the after the other company's work in the next couple of days . I would like someone from your company to explain why it could not clean to the standard achieved by the other company . Very very very disappointed in the outcome of my floor and appalled by the non quality of of customer service provided as was told they would revisit to see what I was unhappy about I un to get a call the day before trying to give me excuses as to why my floor was not up to standard I expected my husband can do the same job BETTER and as it hadn’t been stripped for a long time disappointed when I specifically asked for it to have a really good strip back we were away for two weeks so thought it would be perfect to get done for when we got home save my husband a job boy was I wrong just wasted $1000. Tiles and grout needed a good scrub as they are 20 years old have come up good. Machine is better than hand scrubbing well worth the expense.

Technicians unable to remove solvent tile sealer ( explained in my booking email). Got charged a $60 call out fee despite tile cleaners being unable to rectify the problem. Resolved myself in the end using Xylene to activate the tile sealer and redistribute over tiles. Only minor top up with fresh solvent tile sealer required. Total cost $140 ($80 xylene + $60 for hire of floor polisher) plus my labour of 4 hours (c.f with $25 per square metre quoted by tile cleaners). As a result of your incompetence and lack of experience with solvent based floor sealers you lost a $2000 job.
