big problem to receive the invoice and the same time 100 stupid sms to asking me to pay without to have any invoice or bank details.

My backyard makeover has been tainted by the bluestone pavers around my swim spa after sealing are now multi coloured ( light and dark shades of grey, some spider web, speckled patterns, white patches on some, sealer drips running down sides of the pavers and onto fibreglass of spa shell. A natural penetrating seal was used first, then when I complained about the result once dried, the technician returned and recommended a gloss sealer. I agreed as it couldn’t look any worse. But again on drying it was not an even finish and colour. Still various colours and patterns and drips running down the sides. I am writing this now 5-6months after the fact as now we are coming out of COVID I wanted to let you know I wont be recommending your company and I will be seeking another company to hopefully come up with a solution to the mess. A painter who was working at my place at the time couldn’t believe how poor the job was and what I was left with.

Was booked in to clean my cafe floor at 9am and even received an email at 6.52am that the cleaner would be coming at 9am. After spending over an hour removing all the furniture I got a call at 8.06am to be told the cleaner has rang in sick and they can't get someone out there till 2pm. He arrived at 2.30pm and after trying to persuade me to spend more money for a better job he did the job like he was in a race leaving a lot of mess which I had to clean up. There management didn't care and were not willing to give any sort of discount. After they did the job I am left with white patches which I was not aware was going to happen which means I have to seal the floor.
