He accidentally damaged 2 pot plants during the cleaning and sealing process. Which is ok as they were left by the previous owner. He cleaned up all the mess and left them on the driveway (I told him to leave there) it did cost me some time to wrapping up fragments and put in bags and leave in the bin. Apart from that, he did a good job and we had good communication during the work, so we are all good.

Jin Ban was extremely methodical. He applied three different test samples to the floor to see which treatment would work best. When sorted on a method, he was highly attentive to detail. The results are amazing, especially considering the condition at the start of the job. He was very polite and managed the workspace well, leaving no mess. We can't recommend him highly enough!

Jin Ban helped us to do an acid cleaning of the front boundary brick wall of our house, which had an efflorescence problem from limestone pier caps that hadn't been sealed properly. Arrived at the appointed time. Did a great job cleaning the bricks. Answered my questions. Very happy with the job. Would hire again.

Jin Ban was prompt and polite. He did a wonderful job with the tiles. He scrubbed and scrubbed. He made the really dirty tiles look like new again. I’m very pleased.

The tiles looked great till I washed then and the shine went from the tiles . We call Ben and first call he told my husband that they didn’t do the job , the next call Ben hang up the phone as soon as he new it was me we called back and guess what the phone was turned off. Next call Department of fair trading

Felt a bit pricey when quoted but can't argue with how much better the tiles look for the clean and seal. Jin Ban did well navigating around planters, timber and courtyard walls. The before and after photos would look good in any brochure!

Jin was on time and took great care and attention to detail, our slate is very old and we hadnt sealed it for over 15yrs Jin explained to us if slate isnt sealed regularly damage is done overtime even though Jin would of preferred a better finish for us we loved the final outcome of the sealing. Would highly recommend Jin for a caring professional work!

The technician left shoe prints and marks in the sealing on all slate floors and also marked the wooden floor leading to the kitchen by wiping the floor with the rag he used for sealing the slate in the kitchen. I’ve tried to remove the marks to no avail.
I realise he did not do this deliberately however am disappointed in the finishing of the sealing. All of the flaws only started to show through more than 24-48 hours after the job was completed and only noticed when the rooms were in a certain light.
I arranged for an inspection of the work for 9am Tuesday 30th December however no one turned up and I did not receive any phone call or text message to advise why not.

Before Jin another technician was sent who tried to increase the price. This was stressful but in the end Tile cleaners honoured the original quote and Jin the new technician did an excellent job and was very pleasant.

Jin did an amazing job! The tiles are sparkling and look brand new. He was very friendly and made sure to get every corner of each tile. I called a few places before hand but no one was as polite and open about the safety precautions with covid. You guys were the only company that let me know Jin is vaccinated and wears a mask. With a young family I appreciate this. Contact was GREAT leading up to the clean and had emails coming through reminding me. Will definitely recommend you guys to family

Big job, did find a few spots that were not quite clean, clean those my self, I was not worried about the few spots missed, they must have been hard one to move? Jin was a nice guy

Jin was excellent. No complaints what so ever.
However, the back of office was a disgrace.
Poor comms, poor quoting and lack of transparency.
