So disappointed. I went to use the shower this morning only to find two sections where grout has been removed but not replaced. They were both in areas not visible from outside of the shower so I couldn’t see them during inspection before payment. There is grout on the tiles which hasn’t been cleaned up- again on the section not visible from outside the shower.
I’m absolutely furious. Now I’ll be off to Bunnings to buy the tools and product to fix the shoddy work myself.

First thing he turned up on time and introduced himself and we both went to the bathroom he ask me what I would like done during the day he asked me was I happy with the job why he was working on it , the job was fast and he cleaned up, I would recommend him to anyone

He didn't have the same colour of grout and we agreed to do it. However, he came back second time so I thought he may have the similar colour of grout but he didn't.

Work done is good - however, I was quoted for re-grouting of x3 walls and flooring - walls were not done all the way up which the tiler advised didn't need doing - I would've liked a discount in fee. Used shower 20/11 for first time - noted that the tiler has missed re-grouting a small section. Please arrange for a tiler to re-attend. Thanks
