I booked the lino strip and polish for the Monday and asked to check the quote before the work started. The quote said $385.
On Monday, I drove 40 minutes to let Daniel into the house and no one showed up. I spent half an hour trying to contact the person I booked though and finally found a number - the one on the quote was incorrect.
They took half an hour to get back to me and made another booking for another day.
Daniel showed up and said $350 and to pay on the day. He would sort it out with his boss.
I was sent an outstanding account a couple of weeks later for $35.
I sent an email to ask why I was paying more when the agreed price was $350 and it was paid for - I had no response.
I phoned up and was told I had to pay on the quoted price (but no one had seen what was going to be done to give me a proper quote).
I emailed in a complaint.
Someone rang me a week later and said the bill was clear and didn't want to listen to a word I said.
Daniel did a good job but he was the only one.
I cannot recommend this business at all. They do not operate honestly and have no customer service.

Daniel was very confident he could restore our slate without damaging adjoining wood floors and the skirting boards and clearly had a number of years experience in the industry. This was reassuring, as we were very concerned about our wood being affected. After a solid half day's work (and two and a half full days to dry completely) our tired slate floors have come up very well. Overall we're very happy with the result and would certainly look to book Daniel by name when we next clean/reseal the slate.

Tile and Grout Pro did a fantastic job rejuvenating the floors in our house. The house had been rented for 10 years and the floors had suffered a lot of wear and tear with visible scuff marks and engrained grime. Since stripping and polishing the floors it looks brand new - I am so happy with the result! The service was prompt from the day of booking and the technician on the day was friendly, knowledgable and arrived on time.

The whole experience with Perth Tile Cleaners was fantastic. Applied for a quote on a Saturday and did not expect a relply. But was asked to send photos of the job required. By Monday they had quoted and called, Tuesday a very professional and expert job of my slate tiles was completed. Could not be happier. The job actually cost less than the quote. Would reccommend them for anyone who requires a speuce up for their tiles.

Our floors where left dirty and then sealed - straight away still wet. The jib was so poorly done that the floors and patchy and streaky. Complained via email, text and phone. Nobody responded to my complaint- I had to phone head office. Once I spoke to head office they agreed it needed to be re-looked at, so they sent out the same technician who once arrived said there was nothing wrong with the job and that there was nothing further he could do. I have since had 2 other companies out who are horrified of the job and have had to quote me a further price to have it fixed.

I am disappointed with the final result.
The previous coating was coming off some of the tiles. I had hoped the old coating could be removed from these tiles but this did not happen with the cleaning process. The affected tiles have a glossy finish on the old finish and a flat finish where the finish had come off. And there is a definite edge felt between old and new finish. Unfortunately all of the affected tiles are in thoroughfares and very visible.
I am sure Daniel felt he had done the best he could do.

I am astounded that any business offering to provide a service at a home does not offer FREE quotes. If a representative had called after my initial call, assessed the work that had needed to be done and provided a valid quote the resulting inconvenience of my wife and family having to re arrange our schedules and arrange help to replace our furniture after the completion of the job, not once but twice would have been avoided.As it was the amount of furniture we had to move to allow the work to be completed left us with a table and two chairs not just for a day but three days . The saving grace was the fact that Daniel and his mate did a good job and left everything clean and tidy .Having been in business myself for a number of years before my retirement I know that good staff is the most valuable asset a company can have . Daniel was asked to clean and seal a 30 year old slate floor that had been "ignored" for all of that time, mostly as a rental, and had a 1m long stain in the middle. He was on the job within 3 days of the quote being accepted and brought it back to new within a few hours. Fantastic effort supported by a knowledgeable

I had arranged with Ben in your office when booking that I would be able to pay half on the day and then the remainder in 2 weeks. When I mentioned this to Daniel he flatly refused saying he had never heard of this in the eight years he was doing the job. Then he became quite difficult saying you need to leave me alone so I can get on with this job. He wanted to check with your office but to tell you the truth I no longer wanted to pursue the option that was given to me. I was actually a little upset with this. Your business agreed to payment options to win my business but then your technician refused. The job that you did was ok but I can't see myself recommending you to any of my family or friends.

Michael did a great job of the difficult task of removing horizontal tiles overlapping vertical tiles along a windowsill. He did not damage the patterned vertical tiles. He replaced 17 tiles and re-grouted above the kitchen bench area.
I had asked the management whether Michael would have his own drop-heets and was assured that he did. he did not. Fortunately, we could supply some.

The grout is a completely different colour to what we remember which shows how much they needed a good clean (after 25 years!). We went for the no gloss finish - natural, non slip and long lasting. Very happy with the result, really showcases the colours of the slate. Highly recommend.

My only disappointment was I was led to believe on the original invoice that the slate floor would be stripped and sealed.
However, Daniel explained that stripping was not feasible on the slate I had - that it had too many coats of sealant already; the surface was rough.
It would have been a help if, when making the booking, I was asked a few in depth questions which might have clarified this at the beginning.

It's been many years since our sandstone floor looked this good. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless the resealing experience was - not only was the job done quickly, there was no overpowering chemical smell, and I didn't have to move out overnight whilst the floor dried. Daniel was efficient, took great care to let me know exactly what the process would be, and provided me with detailed after care tips for cleaning and maintenance.
