The harassment for payment 1 business day after work was completed late on a Saturday afternoon was a disgrace. If a company cannot have more than 1 minute payment terms this company has the signs of being insolvent, and should not be in business. If you have had trouble with outstanding accounts, you should not treat your new clients as if they are similar in terms of one of your late paying clients.
I will never use this company again nor would I advise anyone to also do so.
If you have concerns with payment before a job is commenced, you should request for a 50% deposit up front, and generally allow up to 7 day terms to ensure the client is happy. Not chase the client before the fucking job was even completed on a Saturday like your on site person did, then the fucking phone calls, emails and stupid fucking text messages.

Experience in the lead up to the job was great. The Worker arrived to site and performed the job well to our understanding. However when a concern was raised with some damaged caused at the house the Company washed their hands of the problem. Saying that they would side with the Worker not not the Client. A mark was left on timber flooring near the area where the Worker was working. No others were working in this area that day. The Worker said that didn't use any acid but was seen with acid on the day. The Company said that they did not have any chemicals that would cause any damage or and tools that would cause any damage like what was caused. Unfortunately we will not be using the Company for future works at this house of others. Sorry.

I found Parminder to be very polite and a good worker. He has made a huge difference to the appearance of my vinyl floors and I really appreciate that. He has only made one error in the calculation of the price - 27 m2 x 17.5 is $472.50 + GST $47.25 = $519.75 and he has debited my credit card with $534.60. I would appreciate the $14.85 credited to my credit card thank you.

We have had the Clean rejected by the property owner with corners and edges still dirty.
This job took a further 7 hours of manual scrubbing to bring it to an acceptable standard.
Follow up communication is extremely poor when a job is not done to an acceptable standard
The cost of $620 and the premium paid to get the tiles cleaned leaves a sour taste and we could not recommend this company.

Very disappointed with end result, some area's not polished at all and therefore finish is inconsistent , a footprint is visible at the entry point of the room , the edges of the floor not polished/sealed - i understand those edges would have been a manual process but that is why i paid for the service to be done "professionally" , happy to send photo/video of how bad the result of this service is.

I couldn't fault Parminder. He turned up early, told me what to expect from the finished product and explained any possible problems he may encounter. The job took much longer than expected, but Parminder did not complain, he just got stuck in and did what was needed. This job was a repair for a client that had their floor coating damaged, my client was happy and I was very happy. I couldn't recommend Parminder high enough for his work and service. I would gladly use Parminder again.

Mr Palminder put in maximum effort when undertaking this difficult job (cleaning slate).
He was mostly on time but due to unforeseen family circumstances had to postpone the second half of cleaning for 5 days to October 6th.
He was helpful in resolving issues and booking of tilers to replace 20 tiles (supplied by us) which had been damaged by the cleaning process.

Nice honest gentlemen. Tiles where not cleaned properly. As they are new tiles there was minor grout smears on the tile face. They have not and still have not been removed after the sealer was applied.

Only time will tell if the efflorescence and flaking problem has been solved.
The machine did loosen grout between a few of the tiles.

Thank you to Parminder who has stripped and sealed our old (30 years) solvent sealer which had a few old coatings of solvent sealer on our slate floor. The area that he had to do was 40m2 which was out door under cover in our BBQ area and front entry area.
During the time Parminder has spent doing the job he has explained all the process in detail and was very polite and thought full to our requirements.
Parminder made a very difficult task look easy. He has done the job to our entire satisfaction.
I would recommend him as a technician with an excellent knowledge of stripping and sealing old solvent type sealers on slate floors.

Parminder was early and inspected the site and got a full brief on what was required. He did a first class job. We have had the tiles cleaned and sealed a few times before and the outcome was nowhere near as good. The stone tiles look like when they were first laid. He took care to avoid damage to plants and surrounds and followed through until after 6pm. Can't recommend Parminder highly enough.

My home is new... but water marks and leaf stains had already appeared on my new tiles...
All the stains on my porous tiles are now cleaned... I had a small amount of grey paint sadly that didn't come off - but thank you or taking my tiles back to new. Now they are covered and protected!! Couldnt be happier!! :-)
