Your Technician arrived on time, explained the job and at every stage kept us informed as to what he was doing or about to do. The job was completed in a reasonable time and now the tiles look like new! He clearly knew his job, was friendly and I feel the best thing I can say is that we would be happy to have him back in our house!

Being a medical centre with a very old vinyl floor, we did not expect to see a vast improvement however we were absolutely thrilled with the outcome, the floor was brought up to the standard of a new floor.

The ordering process was easy and straight forward. I spoke with the Stone Master people a couple of times to confirm the work to be done and received satisfactory answers to my questions; some earlier additional verbal clarification would have been good.

The overall job was good and trade was polite. However the job I thought id booked for after speaking to booking people months ago wasn’t what I needed. It’s unfortunate because you don’t speak to a trade in the lead up so what you need isn’t properly discussed so I just got a clean pretty much of my tiles for a rip off 800 dollars !

Moorthy was efficient and on time. He was always communicating with me throughout the stages of work and was very respectful. The quality of work is great. He also made sure that he was not disruptive and cleaned up after. This rating is for the technician only. My experience with the back office was ordinary. It was a shemoozle with providing estimates and billing.

The 8.00am booking on Saturday was missed , the cost was exorbitant and no filling was done on the Travertine floor because the tradesman bought yellow ( of all colours !! ) . Surely most travertine floors are cream , off white etc. Carey Meagher. 0425737775
