David was very efficient and did a very good job. He knows his trade well. This type of work is not cheap but it is hard going with toxic chemicals. There was a small patch which once it had dried wasn’t as I would have liked so I rang David to discuss it and he came back right away and rectified the issue which was great.

We were dubious about the success of a professional clean of our porcelain tiles versus trying to clean them with conventional methods. We are glad we took the opportunity to allow a professional cleaner with quality equipment to clean our floors.

The work done by David of cleaning and resealing our clubroom vinyl floor was very good. It is much cleaner and more presentable and probably as good as a used floor could be made to be.
However, when the booking was made I raised the subject of problem that was evident with the vinyl floor ie instances of bubbling of the surface where the vinyl has apparently become separated from the concrete floor underneath. I was told that this could be fixed at the time the floor was cleaned and resealed and that this would be included in the quoted cost. We accepted the quote on this basis and gave our approval for the work to be done. It seems that this (bubbling) problem was not relayed to David and he advised subsequently that it is not in his field of expertise.
To his credit, he has given us some advice as to how it could possibly be fixed and supplied us with some suitable adhesive.
Our club has paid the full quoted cost of the job ($1558.70) even though we did not get the bubbling problem addressed. We therefore think it reasonable that we be given some refund for work not done as expected.

There was a noticeable difference in the grout colour and the tiles were cleaner than before in the kitchen. Bathroom and shower also showed a good results. A professional job in only 2 hours.

Disappointed in the finished job, not as good as expected. The edges of the area, which were slate could not be cleaned and sealed according to the technician and left the area looking quite shabby and unfinished. Would have liked to be advised that the vertical edges can not be sealed. Especially considering the tech visited twice and rescheduled due to weather conditions.

David provided an excellent service but I thought that, given the time taken to do the work, your non-negotiable minimum payment was excessive. Fortunately David accepted that I had received a quote for the price paid.
I didn't appreciate the call from whoever was trying to push my sealing the wall in addition to the clean. It was a bit like the McDonald's' catch "Do you want fries with that?"

The communication was five star although if anything too repetitive and was daily for nearly a week both on email and phone text - it was a little excessive. Value for money was not so good especially for such a small space as the job was completed in only one and half hours. The technician was one and a half hours early (luckily even though our studio doesn't open on a Saturday I was able to attend as I live close) Although the arranged time was 1pm, I received a text at 11 am giving me warning that the tech. would be at the address in 20 minutes. I tried to respond but realised that I was responding to an app. as the recording replied that the number was not connected. I then tried to contact the customer service number on the web site and it rang out.
Upon meeting the tech. (and he did offer to come back at 1pm), his advice was excellent. I had arranged on an earlier email to have damaged tiles replaced, because I had some spare, but was informed by the tech. that he couldn't do this part of the job. So my advice from your company about being able to replace any damaged tiles was incorrect. He said it was a service he was not able to offer and said he had no prior knowledge that he was expected to do that part of the job.
Luckily he was able to remove all dirt and scuff marks from the damaged areas and the quality of his work was excellent. He also helped a jewellery client of ours who happened to call in whilst I was not there. Very impressed with his professionalism and work.

Do not have any problems in recommending Dave to friends or relatives for any future work.
With head office, it would have been great to have someone come out and view the job, and recommended what option we had, rather than having to wait for a technician to come out and quote us, although it was the holiday period, and some states were lockdown.
All in all, good service.

Technician arrived on time, was polite -explained what was to be done etc. I was pleased with the finished floor. Unfortunately I was disappointed with the "mess up" with the original booking,--which was booked and confirmed for Thurs18th. Nobody turned up and apparently there had been a "glitch in the system' , resulting in a "hold" on my service. I had taken time from work and moved the furniture, so was not very pleased. Then I received 2 texts stating that if 'I' cancelled, 'i' would be expected to pay $167 . I think someone should have come round and tested my slate before deciding what job needed doing and I would have been happy to pay for this. David told me about the two different types I could have done and I would have gone with the more expensive type if I had known beforehand so I could have arranged to move out of the house for 3 days while it was being done.
