The sealer was not completely stripped and as it previously had a water based surface gloss finish the application of a natural sealer (which I was advised on the phone was what I should have applied) means the floors are patchy and a lot of ingrained dirt remains. Now it is daylight it looks horrendous. Patchy, gloss in parts matt in others, streaky, stained, by the skirting boards has not really been touched.
I was told by the technician stripping the sealer does not actually mean stripping the sealer it means taking the top layer of sealer off. Unfortunately the fact sheet emailed to me misrepresented what the process was and what the outcome would be.
It was a complete waste of money. The section I had done myself was much better and it now looks worse. It was annoying as there was no reason it could have been done better - I was happy to pay more to have it done properly.
The machine has left lines and streaks everywhere as well - I will have to get it redone or rip the tiles up basically as this process has ruined them.
It was better before it was 'stripped and sealed' - which was not what actually occurred.
The technician and his assistant were polite, took care of my home and were on time.
Happy to send photos through. The photos taken yesterday whilst it was cloudy and the sealer wet do not represent the final outcome.
Had I known the outcome I would never have proceeded. $1250 is a lot of money to have essentially thrown away.

The cleaning of the tiles went quite well though the person sent Joe Oz refused to help moving pots.
Although we had booked , the man who was going to come was sacked so the job was done as it could be fitted in.
The coating of the tiles does not seem to be as good and we are not convinced that it will stop future stains .
When I complained of staining within a week the company responded quickly by sending Joe Oz out again . He was not happy and while he repaired the work it was done with bad grace .

Very Disappointed with the final result.
Where too much sealer was put onto two or three places it looked different (better) than the rest of the tiles.
First rain and the grout washed out of the tiles in to main places.
On this result I could not recommend you or your company.

We were happy with the repair work of the slate but very disappointed in the quality of the sealer used. The tiles look very dull looking, even dirty in colour. We were hoping for the seal to bring out the lovely colours of the slate.

I received a text message a few days before they were due to arrive to clean my poolside sandstone tiles, then received another text day before reminding me of said clean and on the day I received another text advising me of the exact time they will be arriving. They arrived dead on time. Communication was great. Grouting was also to be done but they advised me that they would be unsure how much grouting would need to be replaced until they had actually finished the clean. They advised me on how they were going to clean and seal the tiles and got to work. The tiles are looking amazingly clean. 100% better than before. We were given a verbal quote for fixing the grouting but are waiting on the formal quote to be received via email.

The initial quote was to clean and seal 65 sq m of terracotta, which was to to be from 9 am to 3 pm.
A revised quote added a further 35 sq m of outside tiles, a total of 100 sq m.
I arrived home at 6 pm and noticed that there was considerable pooling of the sealing product.
It appears that the job was completed within about 3 hours, which I feel was too quick for cleaning and sealing 100 sq m's of terracotta.
Joe was very pleasant, as was his offsider Hossain. I understand that Joe is one of your more experienced operators.
I will have a closer look tomorrow morning, when I hope the pooling liquid has dried. Disregard ratings for now, as the stars seem to be self-activating.

This was a very costly service for what it delivered and I still have to finish the job myself (spray the shower floor with acid) and clean up the mess that was left (grout over the sink, stain in the bath, etc). Joe was very pleasant but the service was not what we had hoped would be delivered given that we were promised so much more.

I had Can and his helper and they were punctual and courteous. Unfortunately the job could not be done due to the age of the vinyl.
Can was helpful and apologetic about the failure to proceed and he cleaned up the mess beautifully.
Communication:
However, I would like to recommend that the company look into assessing the task prior to booking so it could avoid this kind of issue again. I had tried to communicate my concern re what would be involved in the cleaning and buffing and the accountant who took my deposit assured me she would get someone to talk to me. I also send a reply email requesting same prior to the booked date but did not received any response.
As a result I cannot rate value for money or quality of work and especially communication as we couldn't proceed.

Our major concern is with the booking process and the difficulty in having an initial inspection. That way, the ‘real’ task would have been assessed and quoted on appropriately. Arrived home last night and I am very disappointed with the end result. The floor is very patchy and dull in places and there dose not appear to be much stripping done. To me, I think it needs a second coat, at least, as the shine is also very patchy.
If this is the best that can be done, I am tempted to pull the whole floor out.

I only have photographs of the completed work as I am not able to go to the residence at this time,
I had a kitchen demolished and a new one installed so my slate floor was extremely dirty and by the
photos it now looks lovely and clean and shiny.
The workmen were helpful about extending the date of the job and communicated with me by phone.
There was a slight problem with communication at the office.

I have tiles that are loose when walked on, tiles that cracked due to glue not drying correctly. Joe came out and looked at them and blamed it immediately on the car driving over them. The car did crack them however we followed the instructions and did not drive on them for 24 hours. I notified Joe 12 hours after the tiles were laid that the glue had not set and it still did not set after 24 hours. We have had no one from the company call us even though Joe said he would advise head office.
