Sam and his colleagues did a very good job of regrouting our two bathrooms and shower rooms. His work was highly skilled and we are very pleased with the final result. He kept us informed of what he was doing throughout the regrouting, cleaning and sealing processes.

I was quoted for $1,452 for Stripping and Cleaning base on the photo that I have sent.

The appointment is 9 AM the next day and Sam was late 40 mins.
When Sam came the price was drastically changed to $3,000+ for all everything (includes toilet and bathroom).
But then was changed to $2,500 without the bathrooms after negotiation with Ben. Do we have a choice? NO! Our furniture already moved from the house. We also paid the movers. Unbelievable!
I have received the tax invoice sent to me that it was SERVICE: Stripping and Cleaning. (SEE ATTACHED)
I have monitored SAM the whole process. For the cleaning, he did mopping and brush (BRUSH NOT ALL AREA) and I think this is the cause of the white stains after the sealing.
There were some spots that he missed for Sealing and I pointed out to him and he said, I will do that spots the next day (he left resealing solution for me to use). Unbelievable!
=My advice is when you guys do the cleaning, rinse the floor another one more mopping without the bleach=
When we came back the next day there were white spots around the that is very very obvious to see. This is the bleach (100% this is from his cleaning process because he uses a bleach) RIGHT?
I made a complaint through ROB and he offered SAM to come back next week Monday and WE ARE NOT VERY HAPPY about your service. We are not comfortable for him to come back...OK!
WE ARE NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR SERVICE!!!!! The White spots are not acceptable. PERIOD! I will make a complaint ACCC regarding this matter and we will make sure that action is taken.
I hope you will not do this again for your customer.
I thought I will have a good service with you as it is our first time with your company and I'm wrong.

Sam did an excellent job! The floors look like brand new. He came back three times to make sure that the floors were cleaned properly and that the driveway was cleaned. Very impressed.

Sam worked miracles! Very thorough and careful to clean every tile. The end result had our courtyard looking as though the tiles were laid today. I realise that this job needs to be done regularly, and hope Sam is available next time. He moved pots and furniture without a problem. When he finished he tried to help me fix a problem with my automatic garage door, and gave good advice - so a big thank you. Also I was impressed with the communication from the company from the time I made the booking.

Sam sent a text when he was on his way and also, when he arrived which was on dead on time. A very friendly man who explained all facets of the job prior to starting. We are more than happy with the quality of the slate resealing and all parts of the transaction from booking over the phone to completing the job. Everything was totally professional. Sam did his very best to try and clean my tiles. They look a lot better but still have marks on them. Sam did say that they would not be as perfect as they should be due to the way they were sealed by the original tiler.
Hopefully they will improve with further drying time .

I had Sam clean/buff/seal my hardwood floors. His quality of work was excellent. My floors look amazing !!
Sam was very communicative and client service was exceptional.
I thoroughly recommend him to anyone looking to have this work done.

The tech was on time and he had no problem in how I wanted the floor to be done, as this was a working site and had customer coming in every five minutes, so we had to barricade off the working area and finish it off before we can move to the next section of the shop.
The floor came up a treat, better then I expected.
